Happy Halloween SodaStreamers!
The spookiest day of the year is upon us, and I’m here to ensure that our fizzy “little” ghosts and goblins have a safe and spooktacular day and night!
Here are some of Ms. Fizz’s tips to help prevent kids (and even adults) from hidden dangers and injuries this Halloween:
The brighter the better. Whether you buy a costume or make one yourself, choose bright colors. Stick to well-lit streets, preferably with sidewalks to keep safe from traffic, and be sure to carry a flashlight to light the way.
Keep your eyes peeled. Try and avoid masks that might obstruct vision during the night. Instead dig into your makeup kit and paint on a spooky face! Make sure to look in both directions when you cross a street, and make sure that there are no cars coming.
Limit accessories. Less is more sometimes – especially when it comes to Halloween props. Try and avoid props that could pose safety hazards.
Stay hydrated. Be sure to keep trick-or-treaters hydrated during the candy hunt with their favorite SodaStream fizzy water or soda!
Inspect the loot. Keep kids safe by making sure they don’t eat any candy or other treats until you have had the chance to inspect the loot.
Be cautious. Never, ever go into a strangers house or even ring their door for treats unless your parents have approved. An adult or an older child should accompany young children from door to door. More importantly, visit only houses that have lights on – again, the brighter the better!
