Alakazam the SodaStream Man

This week we take a short break from our health posts from nutritionist Roni to talk about a time honored tradition… THE SUPER BOWL (commercials).

Now whether you’re a Giants or Patriots fan we can agree that we all tune in to see what new over-the-top commercials advertisers will come up with this year.  For 2012 the 58 spots aired during the Super Bowl generated $75 million for NBC. The most expensive commercial sold for $5.84 million, yikes!

Now these SodaStream commercials aren’t quite up to the same caliber of the ones we all saw on Sunday. There are no dancing candies, racing puppies or 80’s movie icons. But… can we tempt you with Alakazam the SodaStream man? How about some original music all about your favorite brand SodaStream?

Balanced nutrition is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle for kids and their parents. Unfortunately, TV and other kid-focused mass media are filled with mixed messages about good nutrition that can oppose what parents often try to instill at home.
