Whether it’s a snow storm, rainy day, or frigid temperatures, that darn weather has a habit of keeping us cooped up inside for days (and weeks…and months) on end. At this point in the wonderful winter season, you might be running out of ways to entertain the kids (you can only read The Very Hungry Caterpillar or play Monopoly so many times). So for a little fizzpiration, here’s a list of my favorite ideas.
1. Host your own Olympic games.
The 2014 Olympic Winter Games are approaching the closing ceremony, but the fun is just beginning. Have the kids compete outside in “ice skating” on a frozen driveway or “skiing” on a snow-covered hill. Or take the games inside with an opening ceremony or round of pom-pom “curling.” Make winning medals with tinfoil and ribbons for the little athletes.…

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and my heart is already bubbling over with love–as my head is filling up with adorable ideas for how to celebrate. (SWOON!) Gone are those days of exchanging handmade and store-bought paper cards in grade school, but that doesn’t mean there still aren’t plenty of ways to get a little mushy over the holiday–whether you have a significant fizzer or you’re fizzing solo.
Here are some Ms. Fizz (and cupid) approved ways to feel the love on V-Day.
Create a heart photo installation.
If you’re anything like me, you have a bunch of photos saved on your computer, in your phone, or hanging out in your Instagram account. Print those masterpieces out and arrange them in a heart shape on a wall with double-stick tape. (Looks cute all year round too!)

Alright fizzers, the wait is over. Our super nifty SodaStream caps are now officially available in our online store. Welcome to the newest, easiest way to flavor your fizz!
These are single-serve, fully recyclable capsules. Choose from favorites like Cola and Diet Pink Grapefruit or pick up a variety pack like Crystal Light® and Kool-Aid®. Just one cap will deliver pre-measured flavor to one 1L carbonating bottle for consistently flavored sparkling drinks each and every time. All you have to do is grab a cap, place it onto a 1L SodaStream bottle of carbonated water, and press down lightly. No muss, no fuss, just flavor and fizz. Simple.

Now that the teams are set for February 2nd, it’s time for the fun part: party planning! And to help spice up (and fizz up) your shindig, I’ve pulled together some recipes worthy of the Big Game.
You’re going to need serious noms to keep the party going through the fourth quarter. (Pay special attention to these recipes; some call for a bubbly ingredient.)
Slow Roasted Ribs With Ginger Ale Glaze
1 rack of spare ribs
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
½ Tbsp. cinnamon
½ Tbsp. cayenne powder
½ Tbsp. salt

We’re well on our way to that super major football game in New York. And we’re all fizzing with excitement at the possibility of our team coming out on top. But here’s the thing: unless your name rhymes with “Dom Grady” or “Leyton Shanning,” your chances of actually taking home a grand prize are pretty unlikely.
Oh, except that’s not true. Because this year, we’re breaking out the bubbles and giving our fizzy fans the opportunity to become champions.
A decked-out, luxury RV rolls up to your house. You and your 20 fizziest friends are lounging in comfy seating watching pre-game coverage on flat screen TVs. There’s a personal chef manning the grill and a bartender shaking up some cocktails. As your team scores that winning touchdown, you raise a glass of SodaStream in celebration.…
