BRRRRR! I don’t know about you, but these chilly days aren’t being super helpful when it comes to staying healthy. The lack of sun, abundance of cold, and dry air can really do a number on our systems. The winter winds are blowing and all we want to do is stay inside, curled up in a pile of blankets and enjoying our favorite fizzy beverages. Rub-A-Dub-Dub, bubbles in the tub!
Did you know that January 8th is National Bubble Bath Day? Well, let’s be honest: EVERY day should be bubbly. But today especially is the perfect time to indulge in some suds and pamper yourself. Like I alway say, everything’s better with bubbles!
In case it’s been a while since you’ve broken out the bubbles, here are the Dos and Don’ts when it comes to the perfect bath:
